A possibility to contribute to social activities with PRO BONO.
Since 2017, STEP Consulting invested in social initiatives, by leveraging on its core competences. This introduced a new human dimension to our firm’s activities, making it possible for us to experience our job through its most noble purpose. Many volunteering consultants, sensitive to diverse social causes, donated part of their time to carry out pro bono projects.
By building long term relations with its partner associations, STEP Consulting commits in giving further support for a sustainable contribution to public interest.
Since 2017, several volunteering consultants, from junior to manager, participated in dedicated workshops
- Business plan for the association to achieve sustainable growth
- Elaboration of a financing strategy for association’s activities
- Review of subscription model (pricing policy)
- Review of communication strategy
- More exciting topics to come up (100% digital…)

Many consultants were volunteers to have a regular walk in the neighborhood on Friday evenings. Together with Antigel’s volunteers, these walks aimed at discussing with, and understanding, the homeless of the 15th district of Paris.
« Simplicity and truth through these meetings […] helped concerned people, to suffer less from loneliness and indifference»
